I would suggest writing a detailed “handbook” of sorts explaining how to do things you anticipate she might call you asking about. That’s what I’ve done before when leaving jobs where I was the only/most technically savvy person there.

So I have double confirmed with my new job...
I can officially say that I’m going to be an Admissions Officer with Prep for Prep.
In short I’ll be helping to interview and admit students of colour into NYC independent schools and North East boarding schools in the Ten School Admissions Org— like Taft, where I went :D
Given that pretty much all my friends at Taft were Prep kids, this is like a very pleasant full circle...
